The main complex has automatic doors, elevators, accessible parking, a larger ground-floor accessible changing room, shower chair, and specially designed lagoon wheelchairs. Ask ahead for the accessible changing room because it is not always available. A necessary personal assistant can be booked free in advance. Floors may be slippery; the lagoon bottom is uneven and reaches about 1.4 m at its deepest point.
